We also take saddles to commission sale, a written agreement is always made of the transmission. The owner of the saddle is responsible for the concealed defects in the saddle at the transference. The broker has the right to have the saddle examined and the right to cancel the agreement, if there are such defects in the saddle that impede the selling.
In case the saddle is in need of immediate, small repair, the costs will be reduced from the sales price after the broker’s commission has been reduced (the seller’s consent is always asked before the repair work).
The commission is 20 % of the sales price of the saddle. It will be accounted to the seller of the saddle on the arrival of the payment to the broker. The broker takes care of the collection of charges in problematic situations and is responsible for notable damage caused for the saddle during the sales time. The broker isn’t responsible for the normal wearing due to fitting.
The owner of the saddle calls off the agreement before the sale, 30€ will be charged as advertising costs. The agreement can be called off without the period of notice.
